An ambitious food retail chain that is actively developing and growing announces a competition for the vacant position of Category Manager "Bakery", Kharkiv (Lutsk)

Main functional duties:
- Negotiations with suppliers, control of contractual terms and accounts receivable;
- Planning and daily monitoring of category performance indicators: turnover, profit, profitability;
- Assortment management: launching new products, analyzing current SKUs, working with underperforming items;
- Pricing and promotions: calculating promotional activities, planning the promo calendar, analyzing effectiveness;
- Merchandising: developing and implementing display standards;
- Analytics: market monitoring, sales forecasting, report preparation;
- Participation in tenders for the procurement of raw materials for in-house production;
- Reporting to management in the established format.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or the food industry;
- Knowledge of the “Bakery” category: production technologies, shelf life, key market players;
- Proficient in Excel, experience with ERP systems;
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility;
- Willingness to travel to Lutsk and Kharkiv;
- Willingness to relocate and reside permanently in Kharkiv or Lutsk.
