    An international holding in search of a competent and energetic Business Development Manager (Barcelona) with deep knowledge in the field of corporate solutions in the raw materials market (international trade in agricultural products, including crops, fertilizers, and other related products), using technologies in the field of cryptocurrencies.

    Main functional responsibilities:
    – Participation in the strategic development plans of the holding;
    – Search for various partners (including strategic partners and investors);
    – Development of new business opportunities by exploring new markets that could benefit from the company’s products or services (USA, UAE, China, Europe and other countries);
    – Development and management of relations with institutional key partners of the company;
    – Setting annual and quarterly goals and monitoring their implementation;
    – Constant work with clients to understand their business needs and goals, as well as to convey to partners the benefits of the company’s product;
    – Participate in various specialized conferences, exhibitions, seminars with the positioning of the holding and its products;
    – Achievement of KPI’s set by the company.

    Skills and qualifications:
    – Higher education;
    – Additional business education is welcome;
    – Experience as Business Development Director, Sales and Marketing Director or similar senior level position;
    – Extensive experience in sales, marketing and business development in an IT company providing B2B services;
    – Experience in the field of IT outsourcing will be a huge plus;
    – Successful experience in implementing complex strategies, including in international markets;
    – Opportunity to close a deal and build a system with a high mutually beneficial potential between all participants;
    – Proven ability to take responsibility and initiative, work independently and achieve goals;
    – Leadership qualities;
    – Team player – must be able to cooperate in a virtual team, coordinating appropriate resources to meet the various requirements of the client;
    – Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey product ideas to clients and investors;
    – Advanced level of English;
    – Time management and multitasking skills to work with multiple tasks and clients at the same time;
    – Experience in developing new markets;
    – Relevant experience in the preparation and placement of investments (large rounds of investments: round A, as a guideline);
    – Relevant experience in Due Diligence
