    A Ukrainian trade and manufacturing company, a market leader in packaging production and a major importer of goods for restaurants and catering, announces a competition for the position ofBusiness Development Manager, Kyiv.

    The company offers:

    Key responsibilities:

    • Planning, implementation, and control of sales activities in the assigned territory (area of responsibility: Ukraine);
    • Active search and acquisition of new B2B clients;
    • Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients;
    • Conducting negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers at top executive level;
    • Identifying client needs and developing customised solutions;
    • Participation in specialized exhibitions and other marketing events;
    • Gathering and analyzing information about sales and competitors’ activities;
    • Effective business interaction with heads of other company departments;
    • Reporting directly to the CEO (owner).

    Candidate requirements:

    • Higher education;
    • Work experience in a structured FMCG or B2B/B2C company;
    • Knowledge of direct sales and principles of their construction;
    • Experience in tenders and active customer acquisition;
    • High-level negotiation skills;
    • Ability to build long-term, trusting client relationships;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
    • Proactivity, stress resistance, and result orientation;
    • Category B driving license, safe driving record;
    • Readiness for business trips throughout Ukraine.
