Main responsibilities:
- Systematization of the general pool of tasks for projects;
- Managing waterfall tasks, distribution between participants;
- Writing follow-ups;
- Monitoring the deadlines for completing assigned tasks;
- Participation in the development of new projects and brands;
- Creation of mindmaps and concept maps;
- Writing concept presentations;
- Creation of project implementation schedules, general timelines;
- Organization of work in project management tools;
- Creative work – constant market monitoring, searching for references, guest visits, etc.;
- Participation in the formation of new conceptual hypotheses and in case of it confirmation, their actual implementation.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher education;
- Experience as an assistant, Project Manager, Product Owner for at least 6 months;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point or other similar more effective tools;
- Knowledge and understanding of the “concept” and the ability to describe and improve it;
- Ability to clearly express one’s opinion orally and in writing – in Ukrainian and English;
- Knowledge of current trends and methods of project management;
- High level of self-organization;
- High adaptability and multitasking;
- Knowledge of project management tools, agile/scrum principles is a big plus for the candidate.
