The company has experience in implementing successful projects in Spain and Germany, and due to business scaling, it is looking for a Business Development Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Participation in the formation of the company’s strategy in Ukraine;
- Market analysis and customer needs
- Formation of a sales funnel;
- Lead generation of B2B clients in Ukraine through various communication channels;
- Negotiating with customers and suppliers;
- Implementation of CRM system;
- Creation and implementation of loyalty programs for the company’s partners;
- Participation in real estate exhibitions: both in Ukraine and internationally;
- Formation of reports and detailed analysis of work results;
- Implementation of the sales plan based on own analysis.
Main requirements for applicants:
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of the real estate market: residential, commercial;
- Practical experience in large development / real estate companies;
- Successful experience in business development from scratch;
- Experience in successful negotiations with top executives in the construction and financial sectors of the economy;
- Direct participation in projects with VIP clients;
- A leader who is fully involved in the company’s activities, not indifferent, not resting on his laurels, a team player who associates himself with the company and the team;
- Willingness to travel on business trips;
- A personal car is desirable;
- Knowledge of CRM, 1C.
