A Ukrainian group of companies, an importer and distributor of products for the HoReCa segment, is looking for a Business Analyst, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Commercial information management;
• Development and implementation of a database for data collection and reporting on the company’s activities;
• Analysing the company’s operational activities, providing plan/actual reports, providing conclusions on the activities performed;
• Data analysis and systematisation for sales analysis and management;
• Analysis of company sales in terms of nomenclature, regions, managers, etc.
• Conducting marketing research;
• Analysis of marketing research and company activities;
• Reporting to the company’s CFO.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of management, accounting;
• Experience in creating reports in Power BI;
• Knowledge of 1C, SQL and database queries;
• Communication skills, presentation skills, as well as the ability to defend one’s point of view with arguments, make accurate forecasts based on analytical reporting are a must for applicants;
• Analytical mindset, proactivity, structured approach, responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance;
• Actual residence in Kyiv and readyness to work in the company’s office.
