Key responsibilities:

• Implementation of modern beer production technologies and optimization of technological processes;
• Development of new beer varieties in line with market trends and customer preferences;
• Ensuring product quality and competitiveness through the introduction of new quality management methods and preparation for product certification;
• Team management and enhancement of employees’ professional skills;
• Conducting experimental work to improve technological processes;
• Monitoring compliance with technological discipline and the effective operation of equipment;
• Reporting directly to the Production Director.

Requirements:

• Higher education (specialization in food technologies is an advantage);
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in team management;
• Experience in beer production at craft breweries;
• Willingness to relocate to Chernivtsi;
• Confident PC user (Word, Excel);
• Leadership skills, communicability, and attention to detail.
