A premium restaurant group is announcing a competition for the vacant position of Brand Manager in Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of positioning and promotion strategies for premium segment restaurant brands;
• Managing 2-4 restaurant brands;
• Participation in the creation of new products, event activities, and festivals;
• Planning and conducting marketing campaigns and promotions to attract clients;
• Analyzing market trends, competitive environment, and consumer preferences;
• Communicating with suppliers and partners;
• Managing the marketing budget, controlling expenses, and conducting financial analysis;
• Developing and updating menus in cooperation with chefs;
• Monitoring restaurant reputation and managing customer feedback;
• Creating content for social networks and other marketing platforms;
• Coordinating and participating in the preparation of special events, promotions, and other campaigns;
• Reporting to the restaurant group’s co-founder and marketing director.

Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing field is a priority);
• At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Manager or Marketer in the Luxury segment;
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Creative approach to problem-solving and the desire to implement new ideas;
• English language proficiency is an advantage;
• Willingness to work and live in Kyiv.
