Responsibilities:

• Analysis of corporate statutory framework, industry practices, and court practice.
• Assuming responsibility for coordinating with other departments and providing comprehensive advice.
• Providing primary client support and collaborating with colleagues on other issues.
• Preparing, examining, and negotiating legal documents, including those subject to laws of foreign jurisdictions.
• Providing legal advice and guidance on corporate matters and risk management.
• Assisting in supporting and organizing intricate corporate and M&A transactions while supervising junior team members.
• Contributing to the team’s business development effort, including the preparation of legal alerts, newsletters, publications, presentations, and commercial proposals.

Requirements:

• Strong legal education;
• Proficient in business English;
• 3+ years of working experience in Corporate and M&A;
• Strong understanding of business dynamics and market insights;
• Ability to produce complex legal documents;
• Ability to work on various projects simultaneously;
• Ability to manage and supervise 1-2 junior colleagues.
