Functional responsibilities:

• Consulting service partners on the organization of service and business processes;
• Calculation of target indicators of service partners, ensuring their implementation;
• Increasing the volume of purchase/sale of original spare parts, accessories, other products;
• Increasing the level of satisfaction of service customers;
• Mentoring for non-technical personnel of service partners (interaction with the manufacturer, use of systems and specialized software, catalogs, Soft skills, etc.).

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education (preferably marketing, economics);
• Fluency in English (oral and written);
• At least 4 years of work experience in the automotive business (sales of spare parts, services, network development, project management);
• Experience in negotiations;
• Successful experience in organizing business processes;
• Knowledge of the principles of business planning and budgeting;
• Knowledge of general principles of marketing and sales methods;
• Customer orientation and focus on results;
• High communication skills.
