Main functional responsibilities:
- Market analysis to determine the needs of customers, as well as to draw up price charts;
- Creation and promotion of technical commercial proposals for clients;
- Primary analysis of customer requests, participation in tenders;
- Establishing contacts and signing contracts with clients;
- Collection of all necessary information and distribution of orders to the technical department and customer support service in order to provide customers with timely and high-quality technical and commercial services;
- Creation of timely and detailed technical (in cooperation with the technical department) and commercial proposals, which can include all aspects of refractory proposals, including cost, margin, price, logistics, on-site installation and subcontracting;
- Responsibility for turnover and margin for the region;
- Definition of key objectives, technical and commercial requirements and customer needs;
- Assessment of potential for each client;
- Direct reporting to the CIS Sales Director.
Requirements for specialists:
- Higher education: Master’s degree in engineering, economics or management.
- Experience with refractories will be an advantage;
- Work experience of at least 3 years in the field of sales, engineering or technical support in the metallurgical sector;
- Knowledge of the metallurgical industry of Ukraine is welcome;
- Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level (will be an advantage);
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint), Google;
- Activity, energy, sociability, responsibility, decency;
- Autonomy, ability to organize your work;
- Readiness for business trips;
- The presence of a driving license of category “B”, as well as accident-free driving experience;
- Readiness for a large number of business trips across Ukraine;
- Competent oral and written speech.
