International Swiss manufacturer of glass packaging for the beverage and food industry is looking for a SAP project manager, Moldova.

Main functional responsibilities:
- Resource and financial management according to the project plan;
- Coordinate activities of project stakeholders, including internal and external parties;
- Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, issues, and deliverables of the project;
- Create a project environment and motivate the project team to achieve the goals of the project
- Identify and management of changes in work scope
- Manage the financial aspects of projects in liaison with Finance;
- Analyze risks and ensure appropriate for mitigating actions;
- Manage the performance of all project team members.
Requirements:
- 5 years of project management experience in Manufacturing;
- Experience the leading of cross-functional teams;
- Experience with International implementation teams;
- Expertise in creating and maintaining project stages across the Project Life Cycle;
- Experience in managing issues within the cost and time requirements;
- Strong leadership and people management skills are desirable;
- Leading in a matrix organization and without formal authority is a plus;
- English: Fluent, other languages are a plus (Russian, Romanian, Ukrainian);
- PMP Certification or similar.
