Key Account Manager

International company - a leader in the field of oil production and refining, specializing in Ukraine in the sale of high quality lubricants and automotive oils, announces a competition for the vacant position of Key Account Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:

  • Fulfilment of the sales plan set in the company;
  • Implementation of active sales policy and attraction of new clients in the region;
  • Work with client base: increasing the number of clients, controlling the frequency and volume of sales;
  • Increasing sales and profitability in the region (Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkassy, Zhytomyr regions);
  • Preparing progress reports and developing solutions to improve business;
  • Customer service: work with enquiries, claims, requests, control of paperwork; liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery;
  • Implementation of the company’s marketing strategy;
  • Providing transparency of business activities for the management;
  • Attend training sessions and develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education (chemical, engineering, technical will be an advantage);
  • Experience in active sales and support of key clients from 3 years;
  • Experience of work in international FMCG/B2B companies;
  • Readiness to travelling on business trips within the entrusted territory;
  • Business negotiation and presentation skills, ability to work with objections;
  • Proficiency in English (Pre-intermediate level and higher);
  • Proficiency in PC (MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook);
  • Driving license of category «B» and accident-free driving experience of 2 years;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Punctuality, responsibility and flexibility in complex business situations;
  • Document management skills (supply agreements, leases, investments);
  • High level of analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team.
