Director of Organizational Effectiveness and personnel management

A modern Ukrainian agricultural holding with a corporate management structure and years of international experience announces a competition for the position of Director of Organizational Effectiveness and personnel management, Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management (development and implementation) of HR-strategy, personnel policy. Timely response – monitoring and adjustment of HR strategy, plans and rules in accordance with key business goals and development strategy / protection from shareholders.
  • Personnel budget management. Control of the budgetary HR process, budgetary HR committees.
  • Implementation of measures to reduce HR costs and optimize business processes.
  • Construction and control of HR systems.
  • Development of a strategy for the use of systems / technologies / tools for personnel management. HR DIGITAL.
  • Development and management of personnel support and adaptation systems in the company.
  • Building a talent management policy in the company, through a system of training and development of personnel.
  • Control of HR operations.
  • Definition and development of an organizational development strategy based on a new business model.
  • Development of proposals in terms of changing the organizational structure of the company, considering the optimization of business processes, in accordance with the goals of the company.
  • Support of concluded contracts for outsourcing and outstaffing.
  • Development of a strategy for remuneration and retention of personnel, through systems of remuneration, compensation based on financial performance, benefits, and personnel policy.
  • Building an efficiency platform in the company, through KPI systems, etc.
  • Development and implementation of a communication strategy for external and internal communications.
  • Creation of information channels for employees.

Requirements for a candidate:

  • Higher education in management, finance and economics, law, physics or mathematics.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar position in large holdings of Ukraine.
  • Strategic management and planning/budgeting and analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise economics, production organization, organizational development, labor, and management.
  • Experience in building HR strategies and systems.
  • Experience in building HR DIGITAL.
  • Experience in building corporate governance systems.
  • Experience in building internal and external communication systems.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and other normative legal acts regulating labor relations.
  • Willingness to pass a polygraph.
