Responsibilities:

• Systematization of the process of conducting commercial activities by the company, monitoring its effectiveness;
• Area of ​​responsibility: Purchase, Logistics, Sales (in Ukraine and abroad);
• Organization of tenders at the request of production units;
• Market analysis, negotiations with suppliers, selection of the most advantageous offer;
• Support of contractual work with suppliers, including with the help of electronic document management systems;
• Monitoring the fulfillment by suppliers of contractual obligations in full;
• Maintenance of document flow of primary documents confirming business transactions;
• Market analysis, search for the most favorable conditions for the sale of grain, sugar and related products of sugar production based on market conditions, expanding the client base;
• Organization of documentary support of export contracts and control of payments;
• Ensuring logistics in accordance with the terms of signed contracts;
• Measures to increase the volume of grain for sale through the preliminary purchase of own elevators and other producers in the regions of the company’s presence from customers;
• Risk management of the procurement and sales process, measures to diversify buyers and suppliers of goods and services, incl. carriers;
• Organization and control of work efficiency of subordinates;
• Reporting to the General Director.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• English – upper-intermediate;
• Experience in a managerial position in the commercial department of an agricultural company for at least 5 years;
• Successful experience in building a commercial function;
• Knowledge of the basics of logistics, the rules of international transfers of goods, the fundamentals of legislation in the field of foreign economic activity
• Developed communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership qualities.
