Bitumen Sales Manager

A large international company, leading manufacturer of technical fluids and motor oils, announces a competition to fill the vacant position - Bitumen Sales Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional responsibilities:

  • Coverage area all over Ukraine, setting up business from “0”;
  • Production facilities are located in Europe, we are talking about the supply of bitumen and polymer modified bitumen using a special patented technology;
  • Establishing contacts and signing contracts with customers, establishing a product supply scheme from the company’s factories;
  • Sales of additives and special fluids (this area has already started in Ukraine and needs to be developed);
  • Sale of a product, work with accounts receivable;
  • Constant close work with the logistics department, as well as the European headquarters of the company;
  • Business trips at least 50% of the working time (subject to legal restrictions for the quarantine period);
  • Preparation of reports of the established form;
  • Direct subordination to the General Director of the representative office in Ukraine.

Requirements for specialists:

  • Higher technical (chemical) education;
  • Successful work experience of at least 5 years in the field of B2B sales in systemic international companies;
  • Experience with technically complex products will be an advantage;
  • Experience in the bitumen market, knowledge of the market and key players;
  • Experience in the sale of special fluids (solvents) for the industry is appreciated;
  • Knowledge of the market, desire to work in an international company and develop new business locally;
  • Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level is a prerequisite;
  • Knowledge of French will be an added benefit;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Activity, energy, sociability, responsibility, decency;
  • Autonomy, ability to organize your work;
  • Readiness for business trips;
  • The presence of a driving license of category “B” and experience of accident-free driving for at least 3 years;
  • Competent oral and written speech.
