B2B Sales manager

A leading European manufacturer of glass containers in Ukraine, which is the most important supplier of glass packaging for domestic and international manufacturers of food and beverages, in search of a person for the position of B2B SALES MANAGER, Gostomel.

The company offers:

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
  • Official competitive salary and bonus system (quarterly and annual bonuses);

Main responsibilities:

  • Expansion of the product sales market on the territory of Ukraine;
  • Active search for new clients, negotiation, and conclusion of contracts;
  • Work with regular customers and expand the representation of the company’s products in their production;
  • Control of accounts receivable;
  • Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and seminars held in Ukraine and abroad;
  • Analysis of competitors’ work;
  • Fulfillment of sales plans and attracting new customers;
  • Reporting to a superior manager: marketing and sales director of a trading and manufacturing company.

Requirements:

  • English language: Upper Intermediate / Intermediate;
  • Higher education;
  • Proven successful experience in B2B sales;
  • Work experience in a manufacturing company in the field of packaging will be a big plus for the applicant;
  • Successful experience in negotiations with business owners and top managers;
  • Proactive and creative approach;
  • Work experience in international companies;
  • PC proficiency at the level of an experienced user;
  • SAP, 1-C (candidate’s advantage);
  • Successful business development experience;
  • Ability to work for the result and not be satisfied with what has already been achieved;
  • Driving license – category B, 5 years of accident-free driving experience;
  • Readiness for business trips up to 30-50% of the work time;
  • Mindfulness, responsibility, independence, sociability, stress resistance, multitasking, honesty.
