Main functional responsibilities:

• Creation and management of programs for the development of HIPO, the formation of macro and micro design of the training program, practical filling of modules, support of the learning process;
• Interaction with Ukrainian and international providers, business schools, corporate training academies, etc. Negotiations, formation of technical specifications and requests, adjustment of training programs;
• Interaction with key stakeholders, support of the process of implementation of projects developed within the framework of the training program;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training (development of metrics and an approach to assessing the effectiveness of training, adjustment of training according to the obtained results).

Requirements:

• Higher education (psychology, personnel management);
• English – not below upper intermediate (required);
• Work experience of at least 3 years as a Training and Development Manager, an internal trainer, talent development manager;
• Previous work experience in large companies from 5000 employees is welcomed, international companies are priority, as well as large Ukrainian holdings with a built training system, with internal training academies and internal training institutes;
• Skills of communication and interpersonal interaction with different types of people, presentation skills, orientation on teamwork, multitasking, negotiation skills;
• Successful experience in communications and contracting for employees with the Best MBA programs in the world, Top 10 best business schools in the world according to the Financial Times;
• Knowledge of basic teaching tools;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian market and international training providers;
• Knowledge of the basic methods and approaches to the development of personnel at different levels;
• Knowledge of the basic tools of digital learning;
• Skills of facilitation and mediation;
• Skills of conducting of internal trainings and events;
• MS Office, LMS remote programs.
