Key Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of trade marketing strategies;
• Sales analysis, consumer behavior research, and evaluation of advertising campaign effectiveness;
• Organization and control of merchandising, promotions, and loyalty programs;
• Interaction with retail networks and distributors;
• Market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience in FMCG (food or alcoholic beverages);
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong analytical skills, project, and budget management;
• Experience in negotiations and partnership management;
• English level B2 or higher;
• Willingness to complete a probationary period in the head office in Odesa;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
