An international trading and manufacturing company with 3 plants in Ukraine, one of the leaders in FMCG, announces a competition for the vacant position of Tender Specialist in the Commercial Department, Kyiv.

Functional responsibilities:

• Monitoring tender sites and searching for relevant purchases;
• Preparing and submitting applications;
• Negotiating with customers and auction organizers on issues of participation in tenders, adjusting conditions, etc.;
• Monitoring the implementation of contracts;
• Analyzing the results of tenders and assessing their economic feasibility;
• Preparation of reports on tenders, their results and the effectiveness of the company’s participation;
• Monitoring changes in legislation and tender rules.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• Experience working with tender documents;
• Knowledge of the business process of procurement with a tender (participant/sale);
• Knowledge of tender legislation;
• Ability to work with electronic platforms ProZorro;
• Efficiency in solving assigned tasks;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Experience in participating in tenders and electronic auctions.
