A company operating in the Ukrainian automotive market since 2006, specializing in the premium segment, is looking for a Technologist / Organic Chemist, Kyiv.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervision and control of technological processes for the production of foam rubber, rubber, and polymer materials;
- Working with existing formulations: adaptation, improvement, and optimization;
- Setup and support of production processes;
- Monitoring production parameters and finished product quality;
- Working with coating application and metal surface painting technologies;
- Selection and control of the use of chemical components and materials;
- Participation in the launch and adjustment of production processes;
- Analysis of modern technological solutions and market materials;
- Optimization of production processes and reduction of defect rates;
- Ensuring compliance with technological standards and safety regulations;
- Support of the production process from formulation development to the finished product.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher education in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
- Practical experience as a Chemical Process Engineer / Chemist-Technologist;
- Understanding of organic chemistry processes;
- Experience in selection and implementation of equipment: painting lines (booths, ovens, compressors, spray systems), equipment for foam material production;
- Experience in rubber, polymer, foam plastic, or petrochemical manufacturing industries is preferred;
- Experience launching production lines from scratch; manufacturing or engineering company background; understanding of process automation will be an advantage;
- Experience with coatings, mastics, or automotive chemicals is preferred;
- High level of responsibility, systematic approach, and organizational skills.
