A leading supermarket chain is looking for an experienced Technical Director to join its senior management team in Kharkiv.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Technical Department of a retail and manufacturing group, with more than 40 employees under direct administrative supervision;

Manage facility operations and maintenance/service teams;

Ensure the uninterrupted operation of technological, retail, energy, and auxiliary equipment across the company’s facilities;

Ensure an uninterrupted supply of energy resources, including monitoring and analysing energy consumption;

Organise procurement and material and technical support for the department;

Oversee environmental and fire safety and occupational health and safety in cooperation with the relevant company departments;

Manage the acceptance, commissioning, and launch of new and renovated facilities;

Develop and implement measures aimed at the efficient and rational use of resources;

Report directly to the Development Director and the company’s CEO.

Candidate Requirements:

University degree in a technical field;

Proven experience managing technical teams;

Strong understanding of energy supply systems and experience monitoring energy consumption;

Experience in the acceptance and commissioning of new or renovated facilities;

Knowledge of fire safety, environmental safety, and occupational health and safety requirements;

Experience organising procurement and material and technical support, as well as ensuring the efficient use of resources;

Willingness to travel regularly and to live in or relocate to Kharkiv.
