Main responsibilities:

• Organization, optimization and control of the production process on changes in compliance with production plans;
• Increasing the efficiency of the lines;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of production tasks within the established deadlines;
• Coordination of shift personnel work, control over compliance with technological processes, quality standards and safety regulations;
• Control over the use of raw materials, materials and resources in order to optimize production costs;
• Maintenance of production documentation, reporting on the results of changes;
• Interaction with other divisions of the company to ensure uninterrupted operation of production;
• Shift personnel management: distribution of tasks, control over implementation, motivation and training;
• Training and development of personnel, improving their qualifications.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of food production technologies or related specialties (technical or technological education);
• Experience in production for at least 2 years, preferably in managerial positions (food industry production will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of the basics of production processes and quality standards in the food industry;
• Knowledge and practical experience in implementing the LEAN production management concept;
• Leadership qualities, ability to organize team work;
• Responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing situation;
• Confident computer skills (MS Office, 1C will be an advantage);
• Readiness to work in shifts (night shifts from 19-00 to 07-00; day shifts from 07-00 to 19-00).
