An international group of companies operating in risk management and logistics services, with its origins and primary operations in the United Kingdom and with a presence in other jurisdictions (UK, Poland, Estonia, etc.), is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full legal support for specific jurisdictions (excluding M&A, structuring, financing, and tax matters);
• Advising the business on corporate, contractual, regulatory, and operational law;
• Analyzing and mitigating legal risks in the company’s day-to-day operations;
• Participating in negotiations and preparing complex contracts;
• Building and optimizing internal legal processes;
• Close collaboration with the legal and business teams to develop practical solutions, conduct legal research, and provide analysis;
• Monitoring and evaluating legal risks in documentation, providing recommendations on acceptable risk levels, and proposing ways to minimize or eliminate them;
• Reviewing, editing, preparing, and approving legal documents, including service agreements, lease contracts, supply agreements, corporate resolutions, and statutory documents;
• Reviewing and editing labor law documents (orders, applications, etc.);
• Assisting business teams in understanding their rights, responsibilities, and risks, and advising on possible courses of action in legal matters;
• Participating in negotiations with counterparties to reach agreements;
• Ensuring company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• Providing legal advice to team members;
• Monitoring current legislation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law;
• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory;
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an international law firm (Corporate / M&A practice);
• Adherence to ethical standards and professional conduct, including responsibility for maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established norms and standards;
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law; knowledge of real estate and labor law is a plus;
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents;
• Ability to understand business needs and processes;
• Strong analytical thinking, conceptual, and research skills;
• Ability to work under multitasking conditions and meet deadlines;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word.
