    Leading European manufacturer of glass containers in Ukraine, which is the most important supplier of glass packaging for domestic manufacturers of food and beverages, is looking for Senior HRIS Analyst, Kyiv Region.

    The company offers:

    • Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 17:00;

    Main functional responsibilities:

    • Manages projects in coordination with the IT department to implement new HR systems and continuously improve processes, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.
    • Coordinates system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintains HRIS system tables and processes. Documents process and results.
    • Generates reports/queries/dashboards, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports, presentations or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analysing data.
    • Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences. Uses these data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications
    • Comprehensive experience creating and modifying reports.
    • Participates in cross functional projects and enhancements with other HR related areas such benefits, recruiting, compensation, absence, time tracking, payroll, and core HR.
    • Provides user support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
    • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
    • Conducts routine audits and validation to ensure accuracy of data, rectify discrepancies and/or missing data.

    Requirements:

    • English language: Upper-Intermediate;
    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience;
    • 3+ years hands-on experience working within HR software, HR processes preferably for multiple countries including experience with ATS, Onboarding, Performance Appraisal, Learning as well as core HR/Payroll systems;
    • Intermediate or Advanced skills: SQL, Excel, PowerPoint;
    • Proven experience in HR systems. SuccessFactors experience is a key preference;
    • Highly customer oriented. Collaborative team worker, willing to help, desire to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems.
