Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in the preparation and monitoring of the company’s budgets, conducting plan-versus-actual analysis and variance analysis;
• Planning and monitoring the expense budgets of business units;
• Analyzing production plans, warehouse requirements, and sales plans;
• Calculating product costs, analyzing profitability, and forecasting financial results;
• Monitoring expenses, establishing material consumption standards, and analyzing cost overruns;
• Providing financial and economic support to the commercial department, including analysis of pricing, margins, profitability, and contract terms;
• Monitoring compliance with established selling prices and promotional terms;
• Analyzing production performance, energy costs, and key raw material expenses;
• Analyzing sales by business segment and distribution channel;
• Monitoring provisions for future expenses, retail chain bonuses, and the marketing fund;
• Participating in period-end closing, monitoring expense items, and reviewing provisions;
• Preparing regular management and financial reports;
• Participating in reporting automation and business process optimization;
• Providing management with analytical insights and recommendations to improve the company’s operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Auditing;
• At least 5 years of experience as an Economist, Financial Analyst, or in a similar position;
• At least 5 years of experience in the agro-industrial sector or at manufacturing companies;
• Knowledge of manufacturing economics and economic analysis and diagnostics methods;
• Understanding of financial and management accounting principles;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and charts, as well as Power Query, Power Pivot, and 1C 8.3;
• Experience with Power BI and reporting automation will be an advantage;
• Strong skills in data analysis, budgeting, and plan-versus-actual analysis;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility, stress resistance, and ability to learn quickly.
