An international company, the official representative of a European agricultural machinery manufacturer in Ukraine, is inviting a Regional Sales Manager to join its team due to business expansion and further development of sales activities within the assigned territory.

Main Functional Responsibilities:
- Development of agricultural machinery sales within the assigned territory.
- Search for and attraction of new clients among agricultural enterprises and agroholdings.
- Building and maintaining long-term partnership relationships with clients.
- Conducting negotiations with company owners and decision-makers.
- Identification of clients’ needs and selection of optimal technical solutions.
- Conducting product presentations and providing consultations regarding its application.
- Preparation of commercial offers and support of deals at all stages of the sales process.
- Achievement of planned sales targets and development of the assigned region.
- Market monitoring, competitor analysis and identification of new sales opportunities.
- Participation in specialized exhibitions, machinery demonstrations and other industry events.
- Preparation of reports on work results and client base development.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of agricultural machinery or related products.
- Successful experience in sales development and client management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Category B driving license and practical driving experience.
- Confident PC user (MS Office, CRM experience will be an advantage).
- Readiness for regular business trips.
- Independence, responsibility and result-oriented approach.
