A leading Ukrainian alcoholic beverage producer with strong market positions and ambitious growth plans is inviting an experienced Sales Director to join its team in Kyiv or Odesa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across Ukraine;
- Manage sales channels, including regional retail chains, distributors, and traditional retail;
- Achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets;
- Build and develop an effective sales management system;
- Lead and develop the sales team, including Regional Sales Managers;
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors;
- Develop and implement the company’s commercial policy;
- Manage the sales budget and ensure effective allocation of commercial investments;
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities;
- Report directly to the Commercial Director.
Candidate Requirements:
- Successful experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or National Sales Director for at least 5 years;
- Experience managing sales activities across the entire territory of Ukraine;
- Strong expertise within the FMCG sector;
- Experience in alcoholic beverages, beverages, or other highly competitive FMCG categories will be a significant advantage;
- Proven track record in building and developing nationwide distribution networks;
- Experience managing large teams and complex commercial structures;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience interacting with business owners, CEOs, and key partners;
- Strategic mindset, systematic approach, and strong result orientation;
- Personal vehicle and willingness to use it for business purposes;
- Readiness for frequent business travel across Ukraine.
