An international FMCG company engaged in the production and distribution of high-quality food products is announcing an opening for the position of Sales Department Analyst.

Main functional responsibilities:

• Providing operational support to the sales team in processing orders and customer service;
• Completing product specifications, item cards, and logistics data for retail chains;
• Working with electronic platforms such as EDIN, Comarch EDI, Vchasno, DocumentOnline, Listex, Spot2D;
• Preparing and updating assortment matrices;
• Preparing reports on sales and marketing activities;
• Managing and reconciling compensation for promotions and distributor incentive programs;
• Collecting and consolidating data from various sources (1C, retail portals, etc.).

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer service;
• Proficient PC user, MS Office (especially Excel — formulas, pivot tables), and 1C;
• Experience with electronic systems (EDIN, Comarch EDI, Listex, Spot2D) will be an advantage;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work with large data volumes;
• Responsibility, self-organization, teamwork, and ability to perform in a multitasking environment.
• ­ Willingness to complete a test assignment at the competitive stage of selection.
