A pharmaceutical retail company announces a competition for the vacant position of Rental Department Economist Analyst, Kharkiv.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of the lease and sublease portfolio (maintaining registers, rates, areas, payment schedules, acts);
• Preparation of contracts, additional agreements, acceptance and transfer acts, invoices; coordination of documents with the legal and financial departments;
• Control of settlements – monitoring payments, receivables, generation of reminders and reports;
• Calculation of indexations and control of the implementation of new lease rates;
• Preparation of analytical and financial reports (weekly, monthly);
• Standardization of document templates (invoices, acts, reminder letters, claims) and maintaining the relevance of the corporate database;
• Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of contractual information.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Experience working with leases or contractual documentation;
• Confident command of MS Excel and 1C (formulas, pivot tables, analytics);
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to work with large amounts of data;
• Responsibility, independence, result orientation;
• Mandatory residence in Kharkiv.
