Our client is a leading international company in the production of soaps, skin care products, before and after shaving categories is looking for a candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager (Kyiv, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions), Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance and development of the existing client base;
- Active search and attraction of new clients;
- Implementation of sales targets;
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships;
- Negotiating, concluding agreements with clients;
- Control of shipments, payments, debts;
- Support of projects;
- Analysis of the market, competitors, their price offers and market actions.
Requirements:
- Experience as a regional manager for at least 3 years or as a territorial manager – at least 5 years in FMCG (preferably non-food or food category of a multinational company);
- Experience working with networks, experience in the position of KAM \ LKAM will be an advantage;
- Successful experience of independent negotiations;
- Developed communication, leadership and presentation skills;
- Focus on results, proactivity, search for new ways and methods of work;
- Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for the result.
