Regional Manager for Object Sales

A foreign, international company, a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials and systems, announces a competition for the position of Regional Manager for Object Sales, Lviv.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Organization of object sales, work with Customers / Investors, Architects, Designers / General Contractors, Subcontractors;
  • Conducting presentations and negotiations with existing and company’s new clients and partners;
  • Identification of decision-makers in the procurement of construction materials for objects, identification of needs for new products, support of clients at all stages, involvement of specialists for technical consulting of clients;
  • Preparation of commercial offers for tenders;
  • Formation and maintenance of a database of construction objects in the assigned area;
  • Analysis of the market, competitive environment and customer needs;
  • Cooperation with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics);
  • Reporting to the Head of the Object Sales Department and the Commercial Director.

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing companies (production of building materials is an advantage);
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Regional Manager, Supervisor, Sales Manager in object sales;
  • Experience in international companies will be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the specifics of working with Architects, Designers, Developers;
  • Ability to conduct business negotiations with decision-makers in object sales;
  • Driver’s license category “B”, accident-free driving experience of 2+ years;
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory;
  • Actual residence in Lviv.
