Large foreign company, a leading manufacturer of components for professional hand tools and abrasive materials, announces a competition for the vacant position of Regional Manager, Odessa.

Responsibilities:
- Work with distributors in the assigned territory (Odessa, Kherson, Nikolaev, Kropivnitsky);
- Participation in negotiations with key clients;
- Formation of the client base;
- Maintaining existing customers and attracting new ones;
- Advising clients on products and technologies, assistance in choosing the best solution;
- Study of the competitive environment;
- Control of the set sales plans of distributors;
- Permanent work with distributors: motivational programs, discounts, selection and training of personnel;
- Control of receivables;
- Maintaining internal reporting, reporting to the immediate supervisor in the prescribed form.
Requirements:
- Higher education (priority: technical, construction);
- Successful work experience of at least 3 years in sales (mandatory experience in B2B sales, sales of professional hand tools, equipment, components, accessories);
- Successful experience in building sales through work with distributors;
- PC confident user (Word, Excel, Power Point, CRM – systems);
- Activity, vigor, sociability, responsibility, decency;
- Ability to organize and motivate a team of distributors;
- Willingness to travel;
- Ability to work remotely;
- Correct oral and written language;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of English is an additional advantage;
- Possession of a driving license category “B” and experience of accident-free driving for at least 3 years.
