Responsibilities:

• Search and establishing cooperation with international carriers in Poland, Germany and Lithuania;
• Participation in the development and conclusion of foreign economic contracts: amendments and notices in accordance with the current legislation (transportation, customs clearance);
• Maintaining contacts with wagon owners and freight forwarders abroad, searching for wagons;
• Search for wagon owners, signing of agreements;
• Control of shipments, accounting of shipments;
• Cost calculation and development of delivery chain optimization;
• Direct communication with customs officers, brokers, station workers – the solution of controversial issues.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Global understanding of the market for transportation of petroleum products in Europe;
• Willingness to permanently live and work in Warsaw, Poland;
• Global understanding of the market for transportation of petroleum products in Europe;
• Experience in working with European logistics structures (carriers, transshipments, overflows, including state ones);
• Establishing relationships with carriers in Europe and experience in negotiating with wagon owners, freight forwarders abroad;
• Understanding the formation of pricing for transportation abroad, knowledge of regulations for the carriage of goods by railway carriers in Western Europe;
• Fluent English, Polish, knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a big advantage.
