Main responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies for OTC products;
- Analysis of the pharmaceutical market, competitors, consumer trends, and target audience needs;
- Product lifecycle management: from launch to development and renewal;
- Preparation of annual marketing plans, sales forecasts, and budgets;
- Development of advertising campaigns for consumers and healthcare professionals;
- Organization of marketing materials production (primarily digital content);
- Planning and control of media activities, cooperation with advertising, media, and digital agencies;
- Analysis of marketing activities effectiveness and preparation of recommendations for performance improvement;
- Collaboration with medical, regulatory, production, and commercial departments;
- Participation in new product development and market launch activities.
Requirements:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, medical, marketing, or economic);
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Brand Manager, or Marketing Specialist;
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing will be an advantage;
- Experience working with OTC products will be an advantage;
- Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience in marketing and sales data analysis;
- Project management and contractor management skills;
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, proactive attitude, high level of accountability, results-driven mindset, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
