A company operating in the field of car service, e-commerce and sales is looking for a Primary Accounting Accountant in Warsaw.

The company offers:

Main tasks:

• Maintaining primary accounting documentation (accounts, acts, invoices, invoices);
• Monitoring the correctness of document processing in accordance with Polish legislation;
• Working with incoming and outgoing documents in several business lines (service stations, online store, sales);
• Interaction with internal departments (sales department, warehouse, service);
• Reconciliation with counterparties;
• Working with bank statements and basic financial transactions;
• Keeping records of goods and services.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience working as an accountant with primary documentation;
• Mandatory knowledge of the Polish language (not lower than level B2);
• Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax legislation;
• Experience working with different business areas will be an advantage (retail, e-commerce, service stations);
• Attention to detail, systematicity, responsibility.
