Functional duties:

• Organising the owner’s working day;
• Meeting and escorting guests / partners;
• Hotel reservations around the world;
• Purchase of tickets for all types of transportation;
• Running personal errands;
• Help with business matters;
• Communicating with the owner in English during the day.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• English – upper-intermediate or higher;
• PC proficiency, ability to prepare presentations and reports for the owner;
• Experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
• Deep understanding of business processes;
• Commercial orientation and out-of-the-box thinking;
• Proactive attitude to work, multi-tasking;
• Stress tolerance;
• Analytical mindset;
• Presentable appearance;
• Availability to work in the office from 9:00 to 18:00, available 24/7.
