Main functional responsibilities:

• Building and implementing strategic marketing goals;
• Reorganization of the marketing department, team selection, and training;
• Developing the company’s marketing policy based on consumer product analysis;
• Long-term and short-term budgeting, controlling the effective use of budgets;
• Actively seeking new growth opportunities, clients, and new marketing and sales channels;
• Coordinating the activities of all departments in gathering and analyzing commercial and economic information;
• Coordinating local advertising campaigns (radio, outdoor advertising, posters);
• Participating in the development and opening of new company locations;
• Participating in the development of brand books, POS materials, advertising concepts, and marketing strategies;
• Preparing and controlling national and local marketing events;
• Ensuring the elimination of issues raised in consumer complaints;
• Working with external contractors;
• Selecting suppliers through a tender process;
• Reporting to senior management (CEO) and company owners.

Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing preferred);
• Additional business education is an advantage;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Director in retail, with an extensive network of 300+ stores;
• Deep understanding of local consumers;
• Management experience and leadership qualities;
• Excellent organizational skills and negotiation abilities;
• Results-oriented;
• Willingness to travel across Ukraine;
• Residence and readiness to work in Ukraine (Kyiv);
• Category B driving license, personal car, and willingness to use it for work purposes.
