An international agro-trading and production company is announcing an opening for the position of Logistics Specialist, Kyiv.

Key responsibilities:

• Support of grain purchase contracts until their execution and closure;
• Organization of logistics within Ukraine: transportation to ports, interaction with elevators, surveyors, fumigation companies, customs brokers;
• Coordination of vessel loading and preparation of all required documentation;
• Regular communication with the head office in France and international partners;
• Control over compliance with the company’s internal procedures;
• Reporting to the Chief Logistic.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Proven experience in logistics of grain and agricultural commodities (export/import, ports, customs);
• Fluency in English (French language knowledge will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of current INCOTERMS rules, GAFTA/FOSFA contracts (CPT, FOB, CIF);
• Experience in contract execution in the supply chain (when more than one intermediary is involved in CPT/FOB/CIF schemes);
• Strong negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple contractors and large volumes of documentation;
• High level of organizational skills and responsibility.
