An international trading and manufacturing company with 3 plants in Ukraine, one of the leaders in FMCG, announces a competition for the vacant position of Legal Advisor, Shostka (Sumy region).

Functional responsibilities:

• Legal support for the activities of the company’s structural divisions;
• Analysis of legislation and current judicial practice to improve the activities of the departments being supported;
• Protection of the company’s interests in state, judicial, executive, law enforcement, fiscal, and antimonopoly bodies;
• Conducting claims and lawsuits;
• Legal examination of contracts, orders, and instructions;
• Conducting business correspondence;
• Drafting legal documents (claims, statements, statements of claim, complaints, responses, petitions, letters, requests, responses to requests);
• Legal support for obtaining clarifications from central executive bodies;
• Legal support for obtaining permits, licenses, patents, certificates;
• Drafting legal opinions;
• Appealing decisions of fiscal bodies.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher legal education (master, specialist);
• Work experience as a Legal Advisor for at least 2 years;
• Confident in working with Word, Excel programs;
• English language Intermediate level and higher;
• Readiness to work in the office in Shostka, Sumy region.
