A pharmaceutical retail company is announcing a vacancy for the position a Land Lawyer, Kharkiv.

The company offers:

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements;
• Registration of land rights (lease, use);
• Legal due diligence of real estate objects and land plots;
• Interaction with state and municipal authorities (StateGeoCadastre, local authorities, state registrars) regarding land and property registration;
• Audit of the company’s existing real estate and land assets;
• Development of action plans for structuring and optimizing land assets;
• Handling a significant number of real estate objects.
• Reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 2 years of experience in land law and/or real estate;
• Hands-on experience with lease agreements;
• Experience interacting with state or municipal authorities (will be an advantage);
• Experience working with state and/or municipal property (will be an advantage);
• Confident PC user, experience with legal databases (LIGA, YouControl, etc.);
• Readiness for office-based work and business trips;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work with a large volume of tasks;
• Military registration documents (for male candidates);
• Mandatory residence in Kharkiv.
