A European importer and market leader in the truck industry is announcing an opening for the position of Key Account Specialist, Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

• Administer the execution of repairs and compensation under the GoodWill program;
• Administer servicing and compensation under the Service Contracts program;
• Administer standardized repairs and monitor payments from NKA clients;
• Work together with the NKA Manager on developing services/products for key clients;
• Work together with the NKA Manager on projects for NKA clients;
• Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department’s activities.

Requirements:

• Higher education, preferably in Marketing or Economics;
• English — B1–B2, both spoken and written;
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (sales of spare parts or services, network development, project management) will be an advantage;
• Ability to structure and organize information;
• Willingness to learn;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and customer orientation.
