Main responsibilities:
- Conducting and supporting annual and interim negotiations;
- Calculation and coordination of compensations on trade marketing;
- Monitoring the implementation of contractual terms;
- Repayment of receivables;
- Sales planning and achievement of key indicators;
- Execution of the sales plan;
- Entering positions in the assortment matrix of the network (listing);
- Increasing the quantitative and qualitative distribution in networks;
- Control of merchandisers;
- Calculation and coordination of compensations on trade marketing;
- Conducting promotions and marketing activities;
- Achieving network profitability;
- Management of logistics processes;
- Development of partnerships.
Requirements:
- Experience in the role of KAM at least 3 years (preferably non-food or food category of a multinational company);
- Experience working with networks;
- Successful experience of independent negotiations;
- Developed communication, leadership and presentation skills;
- Focus on results, proactivity, search for new ways and methods of work;
- Ability to work autonomously and be responsible for the result.
