Main functional responsibilities:
- Maintaining national networks;
- Planning and delivery of sales volumes (sell-in, sell-out, GSV, NSV);
- Negotiating with clients at all levels of cooperation and monitoring the implementation of agreements, signing contracts;
- Control and management of the budget and active trading conditions of clients;
- Planning the Company’s business development strategy for each accountable client;
- Planning and implementation of advertising and sales and marketing activities for national networks;
- Control over the timely repayment of accounts receivable;
- Achieving sales and quality results on a quarterly basis to meet the Company’s financial targets;
- Determining the daily activities of merchandisers’ teams, performing regular audits of outlets and providing them with feedback;
- Participation in the development of commercial, marketing and trade marketing strategies of the Company;
- Effective use of the Company’s commercial budgets and trading conditions in the National Grid channel to achieve the Company’s goals and objectives;
- Representing the Company’s interests when interacting with customers.
Requirements for Applicants:
- Experience in the position of Key Account Manager from 2 years (FMCG market in priority, candidates with experience with National chains (Metro, Auchan, Novus, Fozzy Group, Megamarket, VK), knowledge of alcohol market is welcome);
- Responsibility, result orientation and the ability to find non-standard solutions, pro-activity in work;
- Ability to negotiate, build effective communication with partners and find an individual approach to people, to overcome objections, to defend their position;
- Driver’s license category “B”, driving experience of 2 years;
- Proficient user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
