The Ukrainian importer company announces a competition for the position of Internal Logistics Manager, Kyiv.

Main functional duties:

• Delivery of goods from the company warehouse to the customer warehouse;
• Control and optimization of transportation costs;
• Formation of internal reports on the cost of transportation by contractors;
• Solving problematic situations arising in the process of delivering orders;
• Accounting for additional costs, complaints related to the logistics of order delivery;
• Organization and control of the movement of products between the company’s warehouses;
• Participation in obtaining certification;
• Management of main risks (insurance of equipment, vehicles, products, measures to preserve goods and liability of carriers);
• Control of payments for services, equipment rental, logistics, etc.;
• Reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of the English language at an average (conversational level);
• Work skills in 1C and Excel;
• Willingness to work in the office;
• Responsibility, attentiveness, stress resistance, autonomy.
