Foreign Trade Production Company, successfully working and developing on the territory of Ukraine, is looking for HR Generalist, Dnepr.

Responsibilities:

• Providing general HR service for employees and managers in HR related matters;
• Supporting documentation and procedural requirements, in accordance with Ukrainian Labour legislation;
• Managing recruitment and on-boarding processes, providing support to hiring managers;
• Supporting development and training activities;
• Ensuring that the relevant HR policies and practices are completed;
• Advising line managers on HR procedures;
• Handling compensation and benefits activities, providing guidance/advice and information to staff and managers as appropriate;
• Participating in different HR projects.

Requirements:

• University degree; a Master diploma or other certification in Human Resources area is a plus;
• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international company with production activity;
• Good understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation;
• English skills – Upper-Intermediate level;
• Professional user of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Knowledge of 1C;
• Exellent communication skills.
