The company offers:

• Trial period: 2 months;

Main responsibilities:

• Audit of current HR processes in the company and check them for compliance with current plans and the stage of development of the company;
• Improving the efficiency of the staff selection process, introducing best practices for attracting talent
• Employer brand development;
• Implementation, together with management, of new organizational initiatives aimed at implementing the Company’s business strategy;
• Formation of a new organizational structure and clear division of responsibilities
• Digitalization of existing HR processes, improving their quality and reporting level;
• Updating the policy on material and intangible motivation of employees;
• Expanding the tools for individual and group assessment of the work of all employees of the Company;
• Improvement and implementation of the model of corporate culture and internal corporate values;
• Implementation of tools for the development of a unified corporate culture (system of internal corporate events and awards);
• Completion of the HR department team.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (additional education in the field of personnel management will be an advantage);
• Successful experience in a similar position from 3 years in a large system company;
• Knowledge of modern methods of working with personnel;
• Interview skills, job profile development;
• Positive experience in the development and implementation of the KPI’s system;
• Deep understanding of business processes;
• Commercial orientation and non-standard thinking;
• Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, creativity, stress resistance, flexibility, readiness for large volumes and work for the result.
