Main functional responsibilities:

• Implementation, adaptation, maintenance and control of food production quality standards;
• Improvement of processes in the enterprise;
• Organization of work of the department of control of sanitation, personal hygiene, regulatory requirements and quality standards;
• Organization of the process of preparation and consideration of received complaints;
• Preparation of proposals for quality improvement based on the received complaints;
• Control of product labeling when introducing new product lines for compliance with legal and certification requirements;
• Control of compliance with quality standards at production facilities, in workshops;
• Organization and conduct of internal audits;
• Independent planning and prioritization of work in accordance with the business goals of the manufacturing company;
• Reporting to the higher management: the director of the company and the director for the quality of products of the agro-industrial holding.

Requirements for a candidate:

• Higher completed technical education;
• Additional education, trainings, courses are welcome;
• Work experience as the head of the quality department, in production from 5 years, (food production is a priority);
• Ability to effectively solve production, technical and operational issues and tasks;
• Knowledge of the technologies of work of industrial enterprises in their field, production equipment;
• PC knowledge;
• Organizational and managerial skills;
• Readiness for irregular working hours;
• Stability: work experience within one enterprise not less than 2-3 years;
• Willingness to work for results, leadership qualities, resistance to stress, charisma, flexibility and non-conflict.
