The importer (non-food) company, a leader in its sales segment, is in search of Head of the Foreign Economic Activity Department, Dnipro.

Responsibilities:

• Selection, training of the team of the Foreign Economic Activity Department;
• Coordination of assortment purchases;
• Ensuring stock in the warehouse to ensure the sales plan;
• Organization of international delivery of the company’s goods with an optimal ratio of transit time / costs ((80% – sea container transportation from Asia, 15% – auto delivery from Europe, 5% – air delivery and parcels by courier services);
• Prompt customs clearance of goods;
• Certification and obtaining permits for the company’s goods and their labeling in order to confirm compliance with Ukrainian standards and norms;
• Responsibility for reducing the company’s costs in terms of department costs, supplies, costs of product adaptation and the cost of funds;
• Reporting to the CEO / owner of the company.

Requirements:

• Work experience in foreign economic activity – at least 3 years and at least 1 year in a managerial position;
• Higher education (preferably – international economics, management) or trainings / courses in these disciplines;
• Knowledge of English (upper intermediate and better), Russian and Ukrainian – excellent;
• Knowledge of customs legislation and practice in Ukraine (attendance at specialized seminars or rich life experience and self-education);
• Confident PC user (MS Excel – formulas, pivot tables), 1C, work with databases (customs), graphic editors, skills of independently deep search for information on the Internet;
• Experience of foreign business trips;
• Willingness to move and permanent residence in the Dnipro city.
