Main responsibilities:
- Lead to ‘Company’s National Key Account Sales Managers’
- Responsible for the channel’s annual sales & financial targets
- Responsible for communication and relationship building with National Key Accounts across Ukraine
- Responsible for annual contract negotiations with National Key Accounts with the Key Account Managers in line with annual company budget & targets
- Responsible for monitoring of receivables:
- Cooperate with Trade Marketing and Marketing; recommend campaigns and involve the joint decision process
- Responsible to develop annual customer based ‘Joint Business Plan’ with Trade Marketing and Marketing
- Lead and execute Trade Marketing and Marketing programs in the customers, monitor and report the results
- Responsible for National Key Accounts’ trade expense budget, trade marketing expenditure budget. Responsible to control and approve the invoices
- Ensure effective monitoring and measurement of sales and competitor activities against business performance targets
- Ensure critical disciplines and best determined practice guidelines, standards and templates for sales delivery
- Contribute S&OP and demand planning process with forecast info
- Assess capability gaps and build channel’s sales capability by.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related fields.
- +10 years of experience in different sales roles especially in national key account channel
- Stronger communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people.
- English – fluent.
